About this project

Hooper has been our smoothest, quickest and most profitable flip thus far. With the rise in material prices and a few additional elements added during the process we concluded the project spending a total of $75,000, about $25,000 more than projected. Every penny we spent that was over our budget in-turn welcomed a few offers that were over our asking price. We were able to sell the property $63,000 over what we were asking for $798,000 which provided us with about $100,000 profit in around 4 months.

We held onto our initial concept by being able to keep the original floor plan of the home. The master bathroom was the only thing that was altered because it needed a smoother flow.
The original flow of this home was efficient, just needed an energy shift. We were able to liven up the space by providing internal and external makeover offering an immaculate safe haven.
