About this project

This property cost us $210,000, and we budgeted our renovations at $44,500. The house was a single-family home when we obtained it, but we converted it back into a duplex. One unit is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, while the other is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom. we are proud to have this as our first rental property.

This blueprint depicts the layout that the home currently models after the improvements were made. The house was originally being occupied as a single family home that we converted back into a duplex, which was it’s origin state.

 

This digital floor plan illustrates what we imagined for this home. We closed some walls and upgraded to lighter floors offering a more open feel to both units.
